By the time I get home, which will more or less be December, I will have spent 250+ days on the road and or away from home this year of 2025! Obviously having an enormous part to do with my current mental, emotional, and physical state.
I have been to and in…ten states and a dozen and a half cities.
I have worked in almost every imaginable weather condition.
There are parts of the past year that I would not trade or take back for anything. Then parts that I would just assume were a dream lost forever once you wake up from the darkness of sleep.

Staring at the bottom of your glass
Hoping one day you’ll make a dream last
But dreams come slow and they go so fast
Maybe one day you’ll understand why
Staring at the ceiling in the dark
Same old empty feeling in the dark
‘Cause you only need the light when it’s burning low
Only miss the sun when it starts to snow
Only know you’ve been high when you’re feeling low
Only hate the road when you’re missing home
