Week Summary
A bit of a rough first WEAK of official training and yes I know that that is the wrong week. Just a play on words to highlight where I am starting at with this training and undertaking and how far of a physical (and mental) journey I have in front of me from here. This time of the year until I start traveling for work again the weather is either going to be my enemy or my friend. Frozen fingertips on my first bike of the week are a testament to that, but being the better part of 60 degrees this mid morning for my 90 minute run definitely made for a more motivating and enjoyable run. Definitely need to find more time for stretching and core work moving forward for this almost forty-four year old stiff body.
